At Ohio Snore and Sleep, we believe in clear, upfront information about treatment costs. We understand that expenses can differ based on individual needs, and we’re here to provide affordable solutions while helping you understand your financial options. Let’s work together to find the best path forward for you!

Convenient Payment Solutions

We offer multiple direct payment options to fit your preferences. Choose from major credit cards, automatic bank withdrawals, or your HSA/FSA accounts for convenient, flexible payment management:

  • Credit Cards: Accepting all major cards.

  • Automatic Payments: Budget effortlessly with scheduled monthly withdrawals.

  • HSA/FSA Accounts: Use pre-tax funds to cover eligible treatment costs.

Easy Third-Party Financing Options

Healthcare expenses shouldn’t be a source of stress, which is why we offer flexible financing through Cherry Financing. With Cherry, you can select a plan that fits your budget—spreading payments over 3, 6, or even 12 months. Enjoy 0% interest, no hidden fees, and the peace of mind of no hard credit check, with clear, predictable monthly payments.

Make healthcare more manageable with monthly installments, ensuring you get the care you need without the pressure of upfront costs.

Will My Insurance Pay for This?

Our providers operate on a Fee-for-Service, which allows us to prioritize your needs without the restrictions that come with insurance contracts. For instance, insurance limitations often restrict access to specific appliances for treating Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). Since OSA is a medical condition managed with a dental device, coverage falls under your medical insurance, subject to your annual deductible. If you've met your deductible, more expenses may be covered; otherwise, payments will go toward meeting it for future medical needs this year.

The good news: because we don’t contract with insurance companies, your care is tailored to your needs. You and your provider decide on the best treatment for you, free from insurance-imposed limitations.

Why Do You Not Work With Insurance?

Simply put, we can't deliver the quality of care you deserve under the constraints that insurance companies place on both doctors and patients. These restrictions limit our ability to provide the comprehensive, personalized services we know are best. Insurance contracts often restrict treatment choices, even determining which type of appliance a patient can receive—choices that aren’t always in the patient’s best interest. This is why many major medical providers avoid these areas of care; without fair reimbursement, it simply isn’t practical.

For example, insurance often won’t approve treatment for mild Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) unless a patient has already suffered a heart attack, stroke, or similar serious condition. We believe it’s best to treat breathing disorders early, helping to prevent the chronic conditions they contribute to down the road.
